Click on the "Warrant List" Link above to check your name to see if Fort Gibson has a Traffic Warrant issued on you. If your name appears, then you can call the Court Clerk to verify and make a payment or come to Town Hall to make a payment and schedule a Court Appearance.
TOWN HALL TO RE-OPEN
Town Hall will re-open its lobby and return to the regular hours of 7am-5pm.
Court will be held on May 12th at 3pm at Town Hall.
TOWN ADMINISTRATOR UPDATE
The Town of Fort Gibson has partnered with surrounding cities to form a regional coalition in response to opening back up businesses. This coalition will allow us to coordinate which phase of unbinding we choose to move to based upon conditions in our area and not across the whole state. Restrictions are imposed by numbers of cases and medical resources from more dense populations and the projected effects of COVID are not realized in our communities.
The coalition will meet weekly, on Friday, and evaluate current conditions in order to determine a proper response for moving through each phase. COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY
The provisions of State Law permit the Mayor of the Town of Fort Gibson to proclaim that a state of emergency exists within any area of the Town
The Mayor and Board of Trustees will decide on Friday whether to adopt the following guidelines that follow current Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.
The CDC guidelines are to have no gatherings of more than ten (10) people in a single location. We encourage this for all families, businesses and private gatherings.
The following provisions are issued and immediately effective and shall continue until the state of emergency is terminated by issuance of a subsequent resolution.
